2017 Strawberry Season
Strawberry season 2017 is closed now. Thank you for who all came out!
Our typical strawberry season in TN begins end of April/first of May and finishes up end of May/first week of June. Regular season hours are Tuesday-Friday 8-6pm Saturday 8-2pm and Sunday 1-5pm. Times are ALWAYS dependent upon weather and berry availability. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to closing time to allow enough time to pick. We look forward to having you all visit us again this year and hope that you all have a great experience visiting the farm. For further updates and up to date openings and closings be sure to follow us on Facebook and twitter @bateyfarms.
*** The strawberries are located at 3250 Wilkinson Pike, Murfreesboro, TN 37129, directly across from the Embassy Suites conference center. Please enter from Gresham Park Dr. ******Please note this address is a different location from our Farm Store.***
Our 5 acre berry patch provides the containers for you to pick with. There is no need to bring your own baskets! All berries will be sold by the pound, unless we have special pricing. You-pick berries will be $3.75/lb. and pre-picked berries will be $4.25/lb. The containers will be yours to keep or bring them back for subsequent pickings and receive a $1.00 discount off your entire purchase. You may return with baskets from last year and still receive $1.00 of your entire purchase. We will have pre-picked berries most weekday mornings available on a first come first serve basis. There will be NO pre-picked berries on Saturdays or Sundays. $1.00 Discounts DO NOT apply to pre-picked baskets or special offers and only apply to baskets at least 1/2 full. We acccept cash, check and debit/credit cards as method of payment. There is a $5.00 minimum for debit/credit card purchases. Although returned baskets are always appreciated, you will only receive a $1.00 back with a new purchase of at least a 1/2 full basket or more.
We look forward to having you visit us. If you’d like to bring a blanket and a lunch basket you are welcome to do so.
